Colop 987125-1 is the S260/L2 self-inking dater from the Green Line range, printing the word PAID with an adjustable date on 4mm bands from a two colour red and blue pad.

The ACCO sample plate shows PAID in a box, the date beneath it and a BY line for a signature or initials. That layout answers the three questions an accounts team is asked about any invoice: was it paid, when, and who processed it.

The pad is split into two colours, which separates the word from the date on the page. For replacement, ACCO list the Colop E/200/2 blue and red spare pad for the printer S 260/L family.

No. The text is fixed. Only the date bands move. Other words such as ENTERED and RECEIVED are separate stamps in the same family.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
