Colop 987146 is the S120/WB self-inking word and date stamp, with 4mm bands, a red and blue pad and a choice of 12 office words.

One small stamp replaces a drawer of single word stampers. ACCO list the words as approved, urgent, e-mailed, cancelled, charged, checked, delivered, credit, faxed, paid, received and shipped. Turn the word band to the one you need, set the date, and each press records both what happened and when.

ACCO describe the stamp as self-inking with a red and blue pad, so no separate stamp pad is needed on the desk. The top of the body lists all twelve words with a number beside each, which makes the band quick to set.
