Cadmium Yellow Mid, a Warm Mid Yellow
Cadmium Yellow Mid is a warm mid yellow in Jo Sonja's Matte Flow Acrylic, supplied as one Cadmium Yellow Mid tube of 75ml from the Series 3 colours.
Only one photo is available here, showing the tube with a yellow label band printed Cadmium Yellow Mid, Series 3 and a half-filled circle. Below are Jaune de Cadmium Moyen, Kadmiumgelb Mittel and Amarillo Cadmio Medio, and further down sits the classic Jo Sonja's Artists' Colours design, Matte Flow Acrylic, with the 75ml (2.5 US fl oz) mark at the base.
A mid yellow sits between lemon and golden tones, so it covers sunflowers, fruit and bright pattern work with one tube. It shades lighter yellows and lifts warm oranges in a design. A single 75ml tube sits easily in a decorative painting kit beside the lighter yellow, ready for classes and travel.
For sunflowers, fruit and bright mid yellow pattern work, lay in petals with flat brushes from craft paint brushes, find the lighter and deeper yellows under acrylic paints, and pick practice surfaces from classroom canvas boards.
