Chromium Green Oxide Artists' Acrylic by Chroma, 60ml
Chromium Green Oxide is a muted olive sage green for gum leaves, dry scrub, lichen and earthy still life.
The swatch reads as a soft olive sage that turns a dusty pale green where the stroke runs thin. Chromium Green Oxide is printed under Atelier Free Flow Artists' Acrylic. Chromoxidgrün is the German version of this muted olive. The chromium oxide green is Series 2 with an opaque marking. The Chromium Green Oxide label lists pigment PG.17. This sage green shows Lightfastness ASTM 1, Woolscale 8:8:8. AT11500 is its code.
Chromium Green Oxide in the 60ml bottle is a handy studio or travel size for bush sketches and small landscape studies. The chromium oxide green is marked opaque, for solid cover. This muted olive makes a low-cost trial size at 60ml. Chromium Green Oxide has a flip-top cap, handy in class.
Chromium Green Oxide painters often look at more acrylics too. The chromium oxide green works with brushes; this sage green sits well with palettes, and Chromium Green Oxide days call for aprons and smocks.
