Yellow Ochre Artists' Acrylic by Chroma, 250ml
Yellow Ochre in the 250ml bottle suits landscape painters who lay in large areas of sand, straw and sunlit earth.
Brushed out, it is a golden ochre yellow with a soft butter tone in the lightest strokes. Atelier Free Flow Artists' Acrylic heads the taller Yellow Ochre label. The yellow ochre is Series 1 and opaque in this size. Ocre Jaune sits beside pigment PY.42. This warm ochre rates Lightfastness ASTM 2; Yellow Ochre Woolscale reads 7-8:7-8:6-7. AT11370 is the code.
The 250ml Yellow Ochre bottle covers broad fields, beaches and toned grounds on larger canvases with paint to spare. The yellow ochre is marked opaque, for solid cover. Yellow Ochre dispenses quickly through its flip-top cap. This golden mustard at 250ml also suits shared studio stock.
Yellow Ochre by the bottle goes with more acrylics. The yellow ochre goes further with paint brushes; this golden mustard is often paired with painting mediums, and Yellow Ochre grounds need canvas.
