A Long 12mm Band for Stacks and Cartons

Bounce Size 170 is a natural tan rubber band measuring 160mm by 12.0mm, sold in a 500g bag for offices and stores that need length without the bulk of a 15.0mm band.

In the 12.0mm group on the Bounce chart, only Size 90 at 170mm is longer than Size 170. That gives a band long enough to loop twice round a small bundle or once round a tall stack of folders, flattened boxes or job bags, with a flat face that grips instead of biting. Size 106 is the same length at 15.0mm wide if you need something heavier.

The rubber is grown on Thai plantations, according to Bounce, and they describe their bands as made in Thailand. Bounce hold a GECA Claim Authentication, which covers the statement that the rubber comes from natural rubber trees. Being natural rubber, the bands are latex and have a rubber smell.
