The B.I.G (Bone Injection Gun) Paediatric is a single-use, spring-loaded intraosseous (IO) access device designed for rapid establishment of intraosseous vascular access in paediatric patients when peripheral intravenous access cannot be quickly achieved, providing a reliable alternative route for fluid and drug administration in paediatric emergency medicine.

Intraosseous access is the recommended alternative vascular access route in paediatric resuscitation when IV access fails or is taking too long. The IO route allows fluids, blood products, and resuscitation medications to be administered directly into the vascular-rich bone marrow space, reaching the central circulation rapidly. The B.I.G spring-loaded mechanism provides consistent, controlled needle insertion depth and angle, reducing the variability and technique dependency of manual IO insertion methods.

The paediatric-specific device is sized for the smaller tibial dimensions of paediatric patients, with an insertion depth calibrated for paediatric bone cortex thickness. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
