Both. Avery lists this pack for high speed laser or inkjet printers and copiers, and the pack is marked Laser and Inkjet. Avery's 2023 catalogue filed the same code under inkjet shipping labels with template J8165, so you may see either code for the same label.

L7165. Avery publishes a free Word template for L7165 and the same code is in Avery Design and Print online, which has a merge function for importing names and addresses.
