This is not a TrueBlock label, and our listing used to say it was. The old copy on this page described "a unique silver backing that cover everything understand", with the word underneath mistyped as understand. Avery has never said that about the General Use range: the word TrueBlock appears on none of Avery's eleven General Use pages, and no General Use code is listed on their TrueBlock page. Where Avery does make a backing claim, on their Premium range, the backing is black. The sentence was lifted from a different range and garbled on the way. If you need a label that hides an old address or courier label, buy one of the codes Avery brands TrueBlock.
General Use is Avery's everyday range. Their own wording is that it is "the right solution for most of your everyday labelling needs" and delivers "good quality results" - a deliberately modest claim, and we are not going to out-claim the manufacturer. The one hard published difference from the Premium range is the paper: 122gsm here, 131gsm on Premium. Everything else Premium claims - the opaque backing, the superior adhesive, the super white face - belongs to that range, not this one.
Avery specifies medium speed black and white laser printers and photocopiers, and all inkjet printers. Colour laser is not on their list, so it is not claimed here. The software code is L7165GU, which is what you select in Avery Design and Print or in a Word template.
What these are for. Avery names mailing lists, account reminders and other frequent use applications for this code, and nothing more specific than that. So neither do we.
Avery publishes no opacity figure, no adhesive strength, no temperature range, and nothing about water, outdoor use or which surfaces the adhesive is rated for on any label in this range. They do not state what the backing is made of either. None of that is stated here.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible.
