The cover is printed with panels to write on. That is what makes this a notes file rather than a plain lateral file - Avery prints panels on the cover so notes and file information go straight onto the file, and the right record is found without opening it.
Twin tab means a side tab and a top tab. Avery's own wording is a twin tab file feature, so you have the freedom to use it on either a shelf or in a drawer. Our own listing described two tabs at the end of the file doubling the labelling surface, which is not what a twin tab is. Avery's published use for the pair is both top tab and side tab colour coding labels, on the top and the side of the file.
Avery names no fastener for this code.
A correction. Our own listing for this code claimed that the twin tab is two tabs at the end of the file and that the twin tab doubles the labelling surface at the end. Avery publishes none of it, so it has been removed.
Avery publishes no sheet count beyond the expansion figure and no load rating. Where they are silent, so are we.
What these are for. Avery's published use is writing detailed notes on the cover for quick referencing, so anyone can find the correct file with the right record, on a shelf unit or in a drawer cabinet.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
