ACCO names porous surfaces like cardboard and wood and non-porous ones such as steel and glass, and says the xylene-based ink suits greasy non-porous surfaces like metal.

The box prints water resistant and instant drying, and ACCO says the ink dries instantly. Neither publishes a test standard, so we do not add one.

It uses the signal word DANGER with hazard statements H226, H302, H304, H315, H318, H332, H335, H336 and H373. The sheet lists xylene at 20 to 30% and ethylbenzene at 25 to 35%, a solvent odour and a flash point of 24°C, and says the marker is not classified as Dangerous Goods. ACCO gives no age rating and we make no claim about use by children.
