The ink. ACCO Australia list code 149301 with colour Black, the barrel is white Pearl, and the card prints a black dot beside the words Ink colour.

ACCO label their Signature refills by writing system rather than by pen code. The black fine pen refill is code 149001, printed REFILL for Artline Signature and FINE PEN 0.4mm. ACCO do not say a roller ball refill fits this pen, so we do not suggest one.

ACCO Australia list the fine pen with a 0.4mm felt tip and the roller ball with a 0.7mm roller ball nib, and sell a separate refill for each. Artline describe the range as three barrel colours, Onyx, Silver and Pearl White, three ink colours and two nib styles.

Accounts differ. ACCO Australia's feature list says the Signature uses alcohol-based ink that dries instantly, preventing smudges. Artline's Signature fine pen page calls it water based ink that is less likely to bleed through paper that is 110gsm or above, and the EKSG-200 safety data sheet lists water at 60 to 70% of the ink. We show both rather than pick one.

Yes. ACCO's safety data sheet for the Artline Signature Fine Pen EKSG-200, which also names the fine pen refill, is attached to this listing. It is dated 16 Jan 2024 and says the product is not classified as hazardous according to Safe Work Australia criteria.
