ABC Reading Eggs Hand Puppet Bee Bee Bear
Bee Bee Bear is the ABC Reading Eggs critter for the letter B, made as a soft 30 cm hand puppet that helps young children learn that letter through play.
In the Reading Eggs world he is a bear who can buzz like a bee, and both a capital and a lowercase b are embroidered on his back to reinforce the letter shape and sound. Pascal Press lists the puppet for K-Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 learners, and it is suitable from age 3.
A familiar character from the online program gives children a friendly face for letter work, storytelling and speaking practice. Teachers can use him to introduce the letter B, while parents can bring the same character into reading time at home.
For a complete early literacy corner, pair the puppet with beginner readers from our educational books range, add hands-on resources from our educational supplies and explore more education essentials for play-based learning.
