Five Standard Archive Boxes For A Yearly Clear Out

Marbig 80020F/5 is a pack of five Standard Strength archive boxes from the Marbig Enviro range, each rated to a 25kg load and marked to stack up to 5 high.

End of financial year is when most small offices and home businesses box up the paperwork they are required to keep. Five boxes covers a typical year of invoices, bank statements and receipts without buying a full carton. Each box measures 420mm long, 315mm wide and 260mm high on the outside, and the ACCO capacity guide is three lever arch files, six ring binders or a run of upright foolscap folders.

The walls at each end are doubled and the base is two layers thick, which is where a loaded box takes its strain. A separate lid lifts off, the end panels have hand holes for lifting, and the front is printed with ruled DATE and CONTENTS lines so a box can be identified on the shelf without opening it. Enviro is the name of the Marbig range; it is not a claim about the board.
