Industrial label printers are a different class of machine from a desktop labeller: metal chassis, high capacity ribbon, and barcode language emulation so they drop into a system already driving another brand.

Brother's Titan range covers three platforms. The TJ-4020TN prints 107mm wide at up to 254mm per second on a 450m ribbon. The TJ-4420TN steps up to 356mm per second and a 600m ribbon. The TJ-4522TN is the 300dpi model, and the only one with a built-in internal rewinder for print-then-apply work.

Each platform is also sold with hardware already included: a cutter, an auto label peeler, or a wireless module. Those arrive as separate model codes rather than as parts you fit later, so the code you order determines what is in the box.
