A3 Rotary Trimmer For Big Batches

The Carl DC230N is the A3 model in Carl's 32 sheet rotary range, built for workrooms that trim stacks of A3 and smaller sheets every day.

ACCO rate it at up to 32 sheets per pass over a 430mm cutting length, so an A3 sheet can be trimmed along its long edge in one run of the head. The rotary blade sits fully enclosed inside that head, and a fluorescent, luminous ABS cutting guide shows where the cut will fall before you commit.

A storage compartment in the base keeps spare blades and mats with the machine, which matters in a shared print room where parts tend to go missing. The base itself is black and silver, with a printed grid and paper size marks.

Carl's spare parts guide, downloadable on this page, lists the DC-230 with DC-230MAT replacement mats and the 28mm K-28 straight, K-29 perforating and K-30 scoring blades. For A4-only work the DC210N is the same design at 310mm.
