A3 Trimmer With A Locking Rail And Halving Guide

The Carl DC630 is an A3 rotary trimmer for people who cut to exact sizes, with a rail that locks the sheet down and guides that set the measurement for you.

ACCO's specification gives 20 sheets of 64gsm paper per cut, over a 430mm cutting length. Before cutting, the locking rail mechanism clamps the material firmly so it cannot creep as the head moves.

Two guides do the measuring. An intuitive guide lets you cut metric paper into halves, so A3 to A4 or A4 to A5 needs no ruler. An adjustable magnetic paper guide holds material against a calibrated metal baseboard for repeat cuts at the same width, which suits strips, tickets and cards. The cutting line is a fluorescent, luminous ABS guide.

Its silver and black base carries an orange release lever where the rail ends, and its printed label states made in China.

ACCO's specification table gives 20 sheets of 64gsm paper. Expect fewer sheets with thicker paper or card.
It marks where to cut metric paper in half, so an A3 sheet becomes two A4 sheets without measuring. ACCO call it the intuitive guide.
Set the adjustable magnetic paper guide on the calibrated metal baseboard to your width, then butt each sheet against it before locking the rail.
There is no ACCO spare parts list for the DC-630, and the Carl blades and mats we stock are listed for other models. Contact us with the code on your machine before ordering parts.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
