ACCO Rate It at Four Sheets and It Uses No Metal

ACCO Australia describe article 50375 as a stapler that secures documents with no metal at all, and both their specification table and the blister card rate it at 4 sheets.

It is a different tool from the metal staplers sitting around it. The diagrams printed on our own photographs of the pack show the jaw cutting a small tongue out of the sheets and folding that tongue back through a slot, so the paper holds itself. There is nothing to load and nothing metal left in the document afterwards. ACCO list the body as plastic and the colour as black.

Because the fastening is cut from the sheets themselves, a finished set contains nothing but paper, and there is no consumable to reorder for it at any point. ACCO call the tool lightweight yet durable and put it forward for student use. The trade off is the rating, and four sheets is where ACCO say it stops.
