ACCO Australia publish up to 10 sheets of 80gsm through the manual slot, against up to 225 sheets through the auto feed. Rexel's instruction manual gives the same 225 and 10 sheet figures.

ACCO Australia publish P-4, a level on the DIN 66399 scale, with 4x28mm particles. Rexel Europe list the same P-4 level on the DIN 66399 scale with 4x25mm particles for their version of the 225X. We show ACCO Australia's figure as the main one and note the European one, and we do not claim DIN 66399 certification because we have not seen a certificate.

ACCO Australia publish both on a 60 litre bin with a 30 minute run time. The 225X is P-4 on the DIN 66399 scale with 4x28mm particles and a 10 sheet manual slot, while ACCO Australia rate the 225M at P-5 on the DIN 66399 scale with 2x15mm particles and an 8 sheet manual slot. Check the 225M's own page for its auto feed figure, on which the ACCO and Rexel sources disagree.

Rexel's manual says to use only Rexel Oil Sheets 2101948 and 2101949, fed through the manual slot and never the auto feed chamber, because an oil sheet there contaminates the feed rollers. It recommends one sheet after every third time the bin is emptied.

ACCO do not publish a waste bag for the 225X, and Rexel's manual names a plastic bag only for the 600 and 750 sheet models. We have not paired a bag with this machine.

ACCO Australia publish a 2 year warranty period. The ACCO Brands Australia terms in the manual exclude wearable components, cutters among them, and apply alongside the Australian Consumer Law. The cutter warranty Rexel Europe advertise is European and, according to the manual, does not apply to Australian customers.
