ACCO Australia publish P-4 on the DIN 66399 scale with 4x28mm particles for 2020300XAU, while Rexel Europe list 4x25mm for their article 2020300X. We quote the Australian figure, and with no DIN 66399 certificate seen, we claim no certification.

Rexel's manual says to place the documents in the tray, close the loading door and press any 4 digits. The door unlocks when the code is entered again, when shredding is complete, or after 30 minutes of inactivity, with the documents still in the tray.

Rexel's manual recommends a service every 6 to 12 months by a Rexel service engineer for machines of 300 sheets and above. Day to day, the manual asks for a Rexel oil sheet through the manual slot after every third bin emptying, and a wipe of dirty feed rollers with a dry cloth.
