A Thick Die-Cast Non-Stick Pan That Works on Induction

Connoisseur Xylo 750224 is a 24 cm frypan cast from thick aluminium, lined with a ceramic non-stick coating that Weatherdon list as PFAS free, and usable on induction.

The Xylo is the heavier, better finished step up from the pressed pans. Die-cast aluminium spreads heat evenly, the high sides keep oil from spattering, and the polished base lets it work on every cooktop including induction.

At 24 cm it is the size for two eggs, an omelette or a single steak. Weatherdon list it as dishwasher safe and recommend hand washing for best results. A matching 24 cm glass lid (7502245) is sold separately.
