Uni-ball SXN-217 Jetstream Retractable Rollerball Pen 0.7mm Red Box of 12

uni-ball's 2026 catalogue lists a 0.7mm tip for the SXN-217, and its page text describes the Fine pens as having a 0.7mm nib. The page has no tip size entry for the SXN-217, so the figure rests on those two.

uni-ball's page for this model shows the uni Super Ink logo, and Mitsubishi Pencil Australia advises that pens carrying that logo are water, fade and time resistant. We do not describe the pen as waterproof or fade-proof, and we hold no test result for this model.

Yes. uni-ball's product name for the SXN-217 is the Jetstream Retractable Rollerball Pen.

uni-ball's page says the rubberised barrel is ideal for left-handers and describes the ink as quick drying. uni-ball makes no smudge-resistance claim for this model, so we make none.

uni-ball is not consistent. Its page names SXR-10 and its 2026 catalogue names SXR-7, which are different refills, so we do not state one until uni-ball confirms it.

We list black, blue and red in boxes of 12. uni-ball's page names no colours, so these are Mega's own product colours.

uni-ball says its Jetstream pens use a twin-ball mechanism that ensures constant ink flow without skipping, blurring or excessive flowing. We repeat that as published and add no technical detail.

uni-ball publishes one safety data sheet for its Jetstream series, dated 20 February 2023. It states the ink mixture is not classified as hazardous and that no signal word is required. It covers the series rather than naming this model.
