This is the blue version of the uni-ball Micro UB-120, a liquid ink rollerball pen with a 0.5mm line and a tungsten carbide tip.

uni-ball's page describes the Micro as a smooth writing liquid ink pen that features a tungsten carbide tip, and says the barrel is made from 78% recycled materials. uni-ball names this pen the Micro Liquid Ink Rollerball Pen and does not list it under Eye. The page also shows the uni Super Ink logo, and Mitsubishi Pencil Australia advises that pens carrying it are water, fade and time resistant.

A 0.5mm line is a finer one, which suits notes, forms and detailed writing in blue.
