Targeting Homework Activity Book Year 2 New Edition
Targeting Homework Activity Book Year 2 gives children aged 7-8 a year of weekly English and maths homework that follows what they learn in class.
This New Edition from Pascal Press revises the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0 across a 32-week program, with 8 units per term. English pages cover grammar and punctuation, phonic knowledge and spelling, handwriting, and comprehension and reading. Maths pages cover number and algebra, statistics and probability, measurement and geometry, and problem solving, so both subjects sit in one book.
Pitched at the early primary years, the book uses a traffic light marking system so children can check their own results while parents see progress at a glance. Each unit also has a section for logging and rating home reading, which works as a built-in reading journal. Answers are at the back for quick marking.
Teachers setting weekly homework and families keeping a steady routine at home can explore more educational books, browse our educational activity books and add writing supplies for the homework desk.
