Noris Junior Pens In A Peppa Pig Box Of Twelve

Staedtler 329 C12 L1 is the Peppa Pig edition of the Noris junior fibre-tip pen: a cardboard box of 12 chunky pens with Peppa design barrels.

The fun is in the names. Staedtler give every colour a character or a scene from the show: Peppa Pig red, George blue, Mummy Pig orange, Granny Pig pink, Grandpa Pig purple, Piggy pink, muddy puddle brown, green grass, green tree, blue sky, sunny yellow and black night. For a Peppa fan, asking for George blue is half the game.

Underneath, it is Staedtler's toddler pen. The barrel is compact and hexagonal so it will not roll off the table, the tip is extra thick, rounded and locked against heavy pressure, and Staedtler say the ink is very easy to wash out of most textiles.

The same twelve colours are sold in a plain box as 329 C12, and a six pen Peppa box (329 C6 L1) suits smaller hands and budgets.

Six are named after characters: Peppa Pig red, George blue, Mummy Pig orange, Granny Pig pink, Grandpa Pig purple and Piggy pink. The other six are scenery: sunny yellow, blue sky, black night, green grass, green tree and muddy puddle brown.
The pen type is the same Noris junior 329. This edition has Peppa design barrels, a Peppa box and character colour names.
Staedtler describe the tip as extra thick and rounded. The plain Noris junior 329 is listed at approximately 2.5 mm; Staedtler do not give a separate figure for the Peppa edition.
The hexagonal barrel is there to stop exactly that, according to Staedtler.
