Shiny's 9SEN154A-3 is a blue pre-inked stamp that prints NOT NEGOTIABLE in bold capitals between two ruled lines, the wording traditionally added to cheques and similar payment documents.
Offices that still write or receive cheques often mark them NOT NEGOTIABLE as standard practice. A stamp makes the wording neat and identical on every cheque in a payment run, instead of relying on handwriting squeezed between the crossing lines.
In Staedtler's catalogue chart the words sit in a compact, heavy blue face with a rule above and below, keeping the mark narrow enough for the space on a cheque. Check with your bank about what the wording means for your cheques; the stamp only applies the words.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
