DUPLICATE Stamp For Second Copies

Shiny's 9SEN107-2 pre-inked stamp prints the single word DUPLICATE in red, slanted bold capitals, so a reissued invoice or a second copy of a form is never mistaken for the first.

Reissuing paperwork is routine in accounts and admin: a customer loses a tax invoice, a supplier asks for another delivery docket, or a form has to be sent twice. A clear DUPLICATE mark across the top tells everyone downstream that the document is a replacement and not a new charge or a new order, which saves a lot of double handling.
