This is Staedtler's 488 64-23, a pink refill station with 30 ml of ink for the pink Textsurfer classic.

Pink is often the personal colour in a set: quotes worth keeping, your own notes, or one subject in a colour-coded system. Rather than replacing a pink pen once it fades, stand it in this pot. The card shows the highlighter uncapped and pushed down nib first, with a minimum of 3 hours before you take it out.
