Spirax 169 gives young writers 64 pages of 100gsm paper on an oversized 332 x 240mm page, with 24mm line spacing, staple binding and a side opening, sold here as a box of 10.

At 332 x 240mm the page is larger than A4, leaving space for a child to draw a scene and write about it underneath. ACCO list the paper at 100gsm, a heavier sheet than the 70gsm in the Spirax 280 storybook. According to ACCO there is no margin, no perforation and no dividers in this code.

ACCO show a current cover printed 24mm ruled with a farmyard scene, and an earlier cover printed 24mm dotted thirds with a castle and sailing ship. Their product name and features describe 24mm ruled lines, so because the two covers differ we give the 24mm spacing only and do not promise dotted thirds.

ACCO give two answers. An earlier cover printed 24mm dotted thirds, while ACCO's current cover and product text say 24mm ruled, and their photo of the open book shows plain lines with no dotted guides. We can confirm the 24mm spacing but not which line style is in current stock.
ACCO do not list a blank section, but their photo of the open book shows a plain area across the top of both pages with the lines below it. The large 332 x 240mm page is the main difference from an A4 book.
The Spirax 168 is the same 332 x 240mm, 64 page size with 18mm dotted thirds, a narrower line spacing.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
