Spirax 103 is a 48 page A4 exercise book in 14mm dotted thirds on 70gsm paper, packed as 20 books.

Fourteen millimetres sits in the middle of the Spirax dotted thirds A4 books, between the 18mm 104 and the 9mm 101. The dotted guides inside each line keep lower case letters a consistent size while the overall line height steps down from the widest ruling. In the ACCO photo of an open 103, each 14mm space between the solid lines carries two dotted lines, and a red margin line runs down the page.

Forty eight pages suits a single subject or a term of handwriting practice. If a class needs more room with the same ruling, the 107 has 64 pages and the 109 has 96.
