A set of 5 silicone chew necklaces, each a different shape and colour, roughly 5-6cm each. For mild to moderate chewers.

Buying five different shapes rather than five of the same one is the whole point. A chewer has a preference - some want something to bite down on, some want something to gnaw at the edge of - and you do not know which until they try. One set finds the shape that works, and the other four go to other students.

Mild to moderate chewers only. The supplier is specific about that. A student who destroys chew tools in days needs a heavy-duty grade, not these, and a chewed-through necklace is a choking risk. Inspect them before every use and bin any that are split or thinning.

MTA state the necklaces are non-toxic, food-grade silicone. That is their statement about the material; we are reporting it, not certifying it.

These are not the right product. MTA specify mild to moderate chewers. A student who chews through a tool in days needs a heavy-duty grade - ask us and we will find one rather than sell you these.

Check before every use. Any split, tear, thinning patch or piece missing means it goes in the bin that day, not at the end of term. A degraded chew tool is a choking risk.

Because a chewer's preference is not predictable. One set lets you find the shape that works for a student, and the remaining four go to other students rather than sitting unused.

Warm soapy water and air dry. They are worn against skin and chewed, so wash them daily, not weekly.

That is MTA's statement about the material, not ours. We report it as theirs. If you need documentation for a procurement file, ask us and we will chase it.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only and may vary due to carrier conditions or delays.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim. Items should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
