Fine Felt Tip Writing That Stays on Its Side of the Page

This box holds 6 blister cards of Sharpie Pen fine point 0.4mm felt tip pens in black, 2 per card, for 12 pens in total.

The Sharpie Pen is a capped felt tip pen with a fine 0.4mm point and a slim, contoured barrel with a pocket clip. Sharpie says the ink won't bleed through paper and is acid-free and archival quality, which suits journals, notebooks written on both sides of the page, and paper records you want to keep.

Sharpie describes the quick-drying ink as water- and fade-resistant, and the fine point and slim, contoured design as giving effortless detail and control. It says the pens work best on paper and are not recommended for plastics or laminated surfaces, so keep a suitable marker on hand for labels and sleeves.

A box of 12 keeps a team or a classroom in fine black pens. Browse more fineliner and felt tip pens, fine tip markers, the wider pens range and the full Sharpie collection.

FAQs

You receive one box of 6 blister cards. Each card holds 2 black pens, so the box contains 12 pens in total.
Sharpie's FAQ says the ink is water- and fade-resistant and is not described as waterproof. Sharpie's copy for this pen does not call it permanent, so we do not either.
Sharpie says the ink won't bleed through paper and prints that claim on the pack. It does not publish which paper weights it tested.
Sharpie says these pens work best on paper and are not recommended for plastics or laminated surfaces. Use a marker made for those surfaces instead.
Some trade listings, and one field in Sharpie's own product data, quote 0.8mm for this pen. The pack for this item prints Fine 0.4mm and Sharpie titles it Fine Point (0.4mm), so we list 0.4mm.
Sharpie describes the ink as acid-free and archival quality. It does not publish any further conservation ratings, so we do not claim more than that.
