Senior Agriculture Text for Years 11-12
Senior Australian Agriculture 4th Edition by Anne Clark is a student-friendly paperback text for Year 11 and 12 Agriculture students across Australia.
The fourth edition, revised in 2020, brings updated figures, graphs, statistics and recent agricultural developments. Topics run from an overview of Australian agriculture, systems, climate, and soil and water resources through farm case studies and surveys, plant and animal production, product study, and experimentation and research, with electives on agri-food, fibre and fuel technologies, the climate challenge and farming for the 21st century.
The book suits a range of ability levels and links practical skills with awareness of agricultural technologies. Student-centred activities encourage enquiry-based learning, Practicals guide students to gather results and draw conclusions, and a section on essay and examination techniques supports assessment.
The text can be used across two years of senior study, from first lessons to final exams. See our educational books, protect it with book coverings, and browse teacher supplies for agriculture classes.
