No. The Rhino 5200 accepts Rhino industrial cassettes up to 19mm wide only, so a 24mm cassette will not load into it. This tape fits the Dymo Rhino 6000 and the Rhino 6000 Plus, which accept 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 19mm and 24mm. The Rhino 5000 and Rhino 4200 are also 19mm machines and will not take it either.

Permanent. This tape is intended to stay where it is put, which is what you want on switchboards, plant and fixed assets. If you need to relocate labels, choose a removable tape instead.

Polyester is the most chemically resistant face material in the Rhino range and is the usual choice where panels are wiped down with solvents or cleaning agents. For maximum protection on a cable specifically, the self-laminating tape seals the print under clear laminate.

Polyester is flatter and more rigid, so it gives a neater finish on flat panels and better chemical resistance. Flexible nylon conforms to curved and textured surfaces such as cable bundles and conduit. Both are 24mm and both need a Rhino 6000 or 6000 Plus.

We stock three: this permanent polyester tape, the self-laminating 24mm x 5.5m and the flexible nylon 24mm x 3.5m. All three require a Rhino 6000 or Rhino 6000 Plus. The 6mm to 19mm widths also run in the Rhino 5200, 5000 and 4200.
