No. ACCO Australia publish 50 sheets of 80gsm through the auto feed and 6 sheets of 80gsm through the manual slot. Rexel's instruction manual gives the same 50 and 6 sheet figures.

ACCO Australia publish P-4, a level on the DIN 66399 scale, with 4x28mm cross cut particles. We quote the level as ACCO publish it. We have not seen a DIN 66399 certificate for this model, so we do not claim certification.

ACCO Australia list staples, paper clips and credit cards. Rexel's manual sets the limits: staples of 26/6 and 24/6 or smaller, stapled or clipped paper within 25mm of the corner, clips no longer than 32mm, and no more than 25 sheets stapled together. CDs and DVDs are on the manual's list of things it cannot shred.

Rexel's manual says to use only Rexel Oil Sheets 2101948 and 2101949, and to put the sheet through the manual feed slot, not the auto feed chamber, because an oil sheet in the chamber contaminates the feed rollers. The manual recommends one sheet after every third time the bin is emptied.

ACCO do not publish a waste bag for the 50X. Rexel's manual names a plastic bag only for the 600 and 750 sheet models, so we have not paired a bag with this machine.

ACCO Australia publish a 2 year warranty period. The ACCO Brands Australia warranty terms in the manual exclude wearable components, naming cutters among them, and sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Rexel Europe advertise a cutter warranty under a European guarantee that the manual says does not apply to Australian customers.
