Check the machine first. ACCO Australia publish the Rexel SG300 A4 and A3 as accepting 75 to 125 micron pouches, while they publish this pouch at 180 micron, which sits above that published range. A lighter Rexel gauge is the safer choice for an SG300.

ACCO Australia print 180 micron against this code and nothing more, so that is what we quote and we have not done any conversion on it. Rexel write some other pouches in the range as 2 x a figure per side, so ask ACCO to confirm the convention if the total matters to your machine.

ACCO Australia publish the size as 63 x 98mm and call it key card. That is the pouch, so the card you feed in needs to be smaller than that on both edges to seal properly.

Four millimetres of width. Code 41610 is 63 x 98mm key card and code 41611 is the badge size at 67 x 98mm. Both are published at 180 micron gloss and both are fifty to a box.

Not dependably. It is a gloss film. Rexel publish a matt pouch line for writing on, under different codes that we do not currently list.

Nothing is printed about carriers on the current pack and ACCO Australia publish nothing for this code, so we will not claim they are included or that they are unnecessary. Follow your laminator's own instructions.
