Rexel ClassicCut 1725G Tempered Glass Guillotine for A3 Work

The Rexel ClassicCut 1725G is a tempered glass guillotine sized for A3 trimming. ACCO Australia list a 432mm cutting length and a capacity of up to 25 sheets of 80gsm paper per cut, and the pack prints the same two figures.

ACCO Australia say the glass surface is printed with alignment guides, so each sheet can be lined up before the arm comes down. EdgeGlow is the LED light guide, and ACCO describe it as lighting the edge to show exactly where the cut will be made. Three AAA batteries are included, according to ACCO Australia, and a safety latch secures the blade whenever the guillotine is idle.

For an office producing A3 posters, notices and floor plans, a 25 sheet capacity means a stack of that depth can be squared off in a single pull of the arm. A 2 year warranty mark is printed on the pack, and the same glass design comes in the A4 1525G for smaller sheets.

No part is published for it. The ClassicCut spares on ACCO Australia's parts list are trimmer blades and trimmer mats, each named for a trimmer rather than a guillotine, so we do not pair any of them with the 1725G.
ACCO Australia list up to 25 sheets of 80gsm paper, and the pack prints a 25 sheet capacity too. ACCO publish no separate figure for card or heavier stock.
ACCO Australia say it comes with three AAA batteries. EdgeGlow, the LED light guide, is the only powered feature ACCO list, and the blade arm is worked by hand.
A 2 year warranty appears on the pack. ACCO Australia's page for this model gives no warranty period, so keep the pack and your invoice in case you need to make a claim.
ACCO Australia list a safety latch that keeps the blade in place when the guillotine is not in use. Engage it before you move or store the machine.
