Resto Crater Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Frypan 28cm

Yes. Resto says it works on all heating surfaces including induction, and lists induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen hobs. The base is a full induction bottom.

Yes. Resto states the Crater frypans are oven safe up to 220°C. Resto's separate tri-ply care guide quotes a higher figure; we use the lower rating. The steel handle gets hot in the oven, so use an oven mitt.

Yes. Resto states the Crater frypans are dishwasher safe, on the product page and in its tri-ply care guide.

No. Resto sells the Crater frypans without a lid and does not list one. The frypan comes on its own in a retail sleeve.

Crater frypans come in 24cm (5.0 cm high), 26cm (5.3 cm) and 28cm (5.5 cm), and there is a 28cm Crater wok at 8.5 cm deep for stir-fries. All are the same uncoated tri-ply stainless steel. This one is the 28cm.
