Rainbow do not print the contents of this pack on the wrapper. The colour dots shown on Rainbow packs are a chart of the whole Office Paper range and are marked as a guide only, so we will not list them as the pack contents. Ask us before you order if the exact mix matters to you.

It is 80gsm, the same weight as the standard white paper already in your machine, so it loads into the same tray. Rainbow print a laser, copier and inkjet marking on the single-colour reams but not on this pack, so we quote the weight rather than a marking they have not made.

Yes. The pastels are pale enough to keep black text at full contrast, which is why they are the usual choice for forms and documents that get read rather than glanced at.

Rainbow publish no country of origin and no certification for this range, and Austpaper's own product page leaves the certification field empty, so we do not state either. We can ask the supplier if you need it for a tender.

Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim. Items should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
