Advanced kaolin-impregnated gauze for rapid control of life-threatening haemorrhage
QUIKCLOT Combat Gauze is a sterile, nonwoven 7.5cm x 3.65M gauze strip impregnated with kaolin, a naturally-occurring mineral that accelerates the body's clotting cascade to rapidly control life-threatening haemorrhage from penetrating and traumatic wounds in tactical, industrial, and pre-hospital emergency settings.
Haemorrhage is the leading preventable cause of death in both military and civilian trauma, and kaolin-impregnated haemostatic gauze is now the standard of care for wound packing in junctional and extremity haemorrhage that cannot be controlled by tourniquet application. QUIKCLOT Combat Gauze activates the coagulation cascade directly at the wound site through kaolin's contact activation of Factor XII, producing a stable blood clot significantly faster than unimpregnated gauze at equivalent compression. The gauze strip format allows the material to be packed directly into the wound cavity to apply concentrated pressure at the source of bleeding.
QUIKCLOT Combat Gauze is endorsed by the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and is used by military, law enforcement, and pre-hospital emergency services globally. The 7.5cm x 3.65M length provides sufficient material for most wound packing applications in a single sterile package.
Suitable for tactical medical teams, law enforcement and security medical kits, industrial and mining emergency response, wilderness and remote area emergency first aid, pre-hospital emergency medical services, and any high-risk setting where rapid haemostatic wound packing for life-threatening bleeding is a required capability.

South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
