Protext NP9731 is a blue polypropylene foolscap wallet with a Velcro fastened flap and a 28mm gusset, 380 x 227mm according to The Note Group, sold in packs of 30.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
