No. The pack contains the 6 refill pads only. They are made for Post-it Pop-up Note Dispensers that take 76 x 76mm notes, so you will need one of those if you do not already have one.
3M gives the size as 76 x 76mm, or 3 x 3 inches, and prints that on the pack. The 73 x 73mm figure comes from a distributor description; we go by 3M's measurement.
Yes. The pads are lined in 3M's pack photo and in the distributor's photos, and the distributor lists them as lined. One attribute on 3M Australia's page says otherwise, but the pack itself shows ruled sheets.
The photo shows 3M's current pack. The distributor's own photos show an older 3M pack design, so the pack you receive may look different; the older pack is printed with the same 6 pads and 600 sheets.
