Foam Panels That Hold a Laptop Flat in a MAX380

The Panaro laptop holder is a foam insert for MAX380 cases with a recessed bed that holds a laptop or tablet flat, sitting under the case lid.

Panaro's photos show grey foam panels with a shaped recess and a round finger notch in one corner, so the device lifts out easily. The panel goes into the base of a MAX380 and the convoluted foam in the lid presses down on the device when the case is shut. Panaro show it holding both a slim laptop and a tablet.

It suits field engineers, inspectors and site supervisors who need a laptop on a worksite, boat or vehicle where a soft bag will not do. Panaro say the recess is cut to suit an iPad and 13 or 15 inch MacBooks, and that most tablets and other laptops up to 15 inches sit in it as well.
