Dotted thirds ruling guides young writers on letter height, and loose pages let a teacher hand out exactly what a lesson needs, then collect the finished work into each student folder. Hamelin Brands, owner of Olympic, list the refill as 7 hole punched with a reinforced strip, which helps the holes hold when pages are turned and moved in a binder all year.
The box of 50 lines up with the carton quantity Hamelin publish for this code, so a whole year level or several classes can be supplied from one order. Each refill has a green cover printed with the RD145 reference and a 50 leaf badge.
One detail is unsettled: Hamelin describe the margin as blue in the feature list but red in the page title, so we have not stated a margin colour.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
