Heavier Gauge Clear Cast Film For Demanding Loads

Marbig 51064 is a clear cast hand pallet wrap, 500mm wide and 400m long at 25 micron, supplied as a carton of 4 rolls.

At 25 micron this is the heaviest gauge Marbig list in the hand cast range. A thicker film is the usual answer to loads with corners, edges or weight that cut through a lighter wrap, and to pallets that get handled more than once between the bench and the customer. The cast process is shared with the lighter rolls, so it behaves the same way on a dispenser.

Clear film keeps pallet labels and carton print readable without unwrapping, which saves a receiving check from cutting into a load it has just accepted. Four rolls per carton keeps reordering predictable, and Marbig supply the film for hand application with a dispenser, sold separately.

The lighter clear roll and the black roll in the same range are in pallet wrap, the blown hand rolls sit under pallet stretch film, and edge protection is in pallet corner protectors beside the wider Marbig range.

Code 51059 is 15 micron clear on a 300m roll in a carton of 6, and 51061 is 20 micron black on a 450m roll in a carton of 4. This roll is the heaviest and runs 400m.
