Stiff Edges For A Tighter Pallet Wrap

Marbig 51080 pallet corners come 20 to a bundle, every brown strip a 60 x 60mm angle that is 1000mm long and 4mm thick.

Stretch film pulls hardest on the vertical edges of a load, and that is where cartons crush and wrap tears. A corner strip sits on each upright edge before wrapping so the film bears on board rather than on carton corners. ACCO describe these strips as a way to get tighter, more secure wraps with stretch film and to help prevent pallets collapsing in transit or in storage.

The 60mm angle is the middle size of the five Marbig corner codes we list, wide enough to spread the pull of the film across more of each carton face than the 35mm and 50mm strips. At 1000mm, one strip runs the height of a half height or lower stack, and a bundle of 20 covers five pallets at four corners each.
