Letter Files That Hold On To The Last Page

Marbig 2019699 is a pack of three A4 letter files in different translucent colours, each with a write-on tab and a security flap to stop pages sliding out.

An ordinary letter file is quick to use and just as quick to lose a sheet when it is tipped up. These open at the top for easy access, and the flap keeps documents from falling out when the file is carried or dropped into a tray. ACCO give the material as 230 micron, which makes the file stiffer than a thin sleeve.

The tab along the top edge takes a handwritten name, so each file can be picked out of a stack by title as well as colour. In ACCO photos the three files are red, yellow and blue, giving a small working set: current, waiting and done, or one per project.
