A Bound Report Without A Binding Machine

Marbig 2050001 is the blue A4 Premier flat file: punch the pages, feed them onto the fastener and close the slide bar over the top.

Plenty of reports never need a ring binder. A quote, a board paper or a site proposal only has to stay in order and look tidy on the other side of the desk. ACCO say to punch up to 40 pages for this file, which suits a finished document rather than a working archive. Their photos show a frosted front cover with a curved edge, so the blue back reads through the front.

Inside the back cover, ACCO list a vertical pocket plus a holder for a CD and a business card, which is where a contact card or a loose brochure can travel with the report. They also give the file extra width to take dividers, and list it at 310 x 250 x 5mm.
