Blue A4 Binders That Hold a Department to One Filing Look

Marbig supply Clearview code 5413001B as a pack of twelve blue A4 binders, and each binder carries a 38mm mechanism of three D shaped rings that ACCO Brands rate at up to 300 sheets for one binder.

ACCO Brands build the Clearview cover from polypropylene glued to board, which they say eliminates crinkling and adds strength and durability, and they describe the polypropylene as acid free and copy safe. A clear non glare overlay runs across the front, the back and the spine, so a printed insert identifies the file and comes out again when the file changes. A pocket sits on the inside cover for loose paper.

Buying twelve at once puts one binder, one colour and one label format across a whole team, which is what makes a shelf readable from the doorway.
