Foolscap Papers Held Under A Clip

Marbig 8008801A is the Heavy Duty foolscap box file in bright blue, with a 75mm spine and an attached plastic clip that ACCO rate for up to 400 sheets.

Foolscap is still the working size for many legal, government and accounts files, and loose foolscap papers overhang an A4 box. This file is sized for them. Inside, ACCO's photos show a grey mottle lining and a black plastic clip that lifts up and presses down on the pages, holding them in place without punching.

According to ACCO, the 75mm spine can lie flat or stand upright. On a shelf, the white ruled spine label names the contents and the metal rimmed finger hole gives a grip for pulling it out. The bright blue cover stands out in a row of darker files, which helps when one file needs to be found fast.
